Dear Colleagues,

As President of ABEE Nacional, I have to inform the Presidents and Directors of the Regional ABEEs, Federal and Regional Counselors and other Engineers of our modality that ABEE/SC has closed a legal action, initiated in 2008, against CREA-SC.

On 10/10/2018, in order to comply with the Sentence Enforcement Action, a composition was agreed with the Santa Catarina Regional Office with the aim of making viable what was decided by the Judiciary.
